摘要: 背景与目的:探讨PS8812多糖及其硒多糖的抗诱变作用。材料与方法:采用Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核及小鼠精子畸形抗突变试验。结果:多糖和硒多糖对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌突变菌株TA98 及TA100 的回复突变有明显抑制作用,最高抑制率分别为65.39 %和73.21 %;多糖和硒多糖也能显著降低环磷酰胺诱导的微核率和精子畸形率,微核抑制率为40.24 %~60.37 %,精子畸形抑制率为38.92 %~62.36 %。结论:PS8812多糖及其硒多糖均有明显的抗诱变作用。

Abstract: BACKGROUND&AIM: To study the antimutagenic effect of PS8812 Polysaccharides (PSP) and its Selenium Polysaccharides(PSSP).MATERIAL AND METHODS: The Ames test,mouse marrow micronucleus test and mouse sperm malformation test were used. RESULTS: PSP and PSSP both could evidently inhibit the reverse mutation on Salmonella thphimurium strains TA98 and TA100 with and without S9 mix.The rates of maximum inhibition were 65.39 % and 73.21 % respectively.The frequencies of micronucleus and abnormal sperms induced by cyclophosphamide (CP)were reduced significantly by PSP and PSSP.The inhibitory rate of micronucleus was between 40.24 % and 60.37 %; the inhibitory rate of abnormal sperms was between 38.92 % and 62.36 %.CONCLUSION: PSP and PSSP have significant antimutagenic effect.
